Day 4

Our second day of skiing dawned with a heavy snow and the ducks. Evan was trying to get one particular duck to come to him. We fed these guys too. They were quite serious about their food.

The view out the front door. The doors were frozen shut on the cars.

Here's what we were skiing in. Very windy, very snowy all blowing in our faces.

Michele and Evan braving the elements. I was braving them too. Not fun! This picture doesn't do the wind or the snow justice.

Aaron's sledding adventure. Fun but also very cold, especially since they kept sinking into the massive drifts they were sledding down. He was definitely the champion sledder. He went further, faster, higher and longer than anyone else.

Looks like fun in spite of the blustery day. Go Aaron!

BRRRRR!! It looks so cold! But I'm proud of you all for braving the elements and enjoying your day anyway. I'm so jealous!

We're heading out here in a few minutes. It's only going to get to 23 degrees today, but not as much wind. It's snowing right now. I'm hoping the sun comes out later. It at least makes you feel like it's a little warmer. We're going to try to cram as much fun into today as we can since we leave tomorrow. If we don't get snowed in that is.

Oooo...snowed in. There are worse things. Your pictures look so cold. Make the most of your time left. Look forward to talking to you when you get back.

It still looks fun, even if it is windy! Enjoy!

There are definitely worse things than being snowed in at a ski resort. Hope you have fun, whether you're returning to TX right away or not.
